Sorry so many people have an issue with me, I had to turn myself in on old warrants.

WARRANTS WERE FOR:
(5) Counts of Assault with a dangerous weapon (a baseball bat)
(1) count of Breaking and Entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony (know it's hard to believe, but this aspect of the case was from me taking the fall for a friend. See, where i come from, when you go down for something and can help out a friend, hey, you're already going down)
(1) count of possession of a class D narcotic (marijuana, about 3.5 grams)
(1) count of possession of paraphernalia ( a weed pipe)

I was on probation, came up with dirty urine (for heroin, a fact i've disclosed numerous times. I used to be a junkie. Now i'm a real man.) and ran. They caught me, i went back on probation, came up dirty again and failed to report to probation. Then i ran for almost four years.

A short while ago, I decided that all of this coupled with health issues was too much, and i wanted to live not as a hunted ghost, but with my real name and face on my success. So i willingly turned myself in to deal The court case didn't go well. I was put in a medium security correctional facility, where i was a good man, got moved to minimum security, then got released on the E.M.P. program today (the electronic monitoring program).

Here's a full pic of me, with my monitoring bracelet and a nice hand gesture for the folks that turned on me like cowardly dogs. Yeah, the situation was messed up - how many times have i stuck up for the good guy, exposed scammers, donated money to worthy toy causes and helped people? And some of my actual friends were the ones shooting me down.



Great job finding twon - he's my best friend. He let me use his paypal when i was running so i could support and feed my family. He is a true, dyed in the wool ride or die friend that knows exactly who i am and would give his life happily for mine, a favor which i would return heartily.

Got the girlfriend pretty wrong. My girl's name is julia, and she's a beautiful sicillian girl that i would chop off my hand for.

And yeah, the medical problems are fucking real. Who the fuck would lie about being a toothless sideshow attraction? Get real.

To the friends that stayed true, i thank you from the bottom of my soul. I will continue to be around and customize, But i will no longer share info or opinions with anyone besides my friends. I will no longer help supply addresses, go after ripoff artists, or anything of the sort. I did that all out of love for the community, and when i was at my weakest and most vulnerable, that community went for the throat.

To the people that flipped on me, hey-i understand. i would have done the same. But they always say, wait till you go to jail to see who your real friends are.

Andy Heng - if you're reading this, your letter to the courts were one of the reasons i got out early on the bracelet. Words cannot express how much that gesture meant to me, and if there's ever anything i can do to help, just say the word. In 45 days i'll even be able to fly and leave the state, so i may just come to singapore and give you big sloppy kiss.

And my girl was the one flagging comments on my deviantArt. She didn't want me to see all of the negativity when i got home from and into a very hard situation. She is amazing, and i'm easily the luckiest guy in the world to have her on my side.

Now, i'm gonna go take a shower and try not to get my bracelet wet, then work on customs.

it's funny that people will read this, and not comment on this thread, but go over to KR to talk more shit. My KR account was deactivated, not by me or guru, so i'm thinking someone hacked my shit.

And to answer your obviously stupid points, seven years ago weed was still illegal in MA. And yeah, i got a snake tattoo since the video on vimeo was made. You people are terrible detectives.

You're welcom...like I said over there I don't know anything about any of what went down and want nothing to do with any of the drama. But I feel that a man has the right to defend himself and I read that your KR account was 86'd and figured that's why it was up here and not there...plus some of those heads might want to take a read too....good luck to all those involved

Thank you, man. Hopefully me and guru can get my account re-activated tomorrow and i can answer all of the delicious questions and comments directly. Like i said, I don't blame anyone for reacting the way that they did, although i certainly despise the way it was handled in some cases.

Oh, and ninja, now that all of this legal ish is behind me, we should really chill. I couldn't give you any real info for obvious reasons, although i wanted to. Hopefully I'll see parole in about a month with good time (being on the bracelet maxes out your good time here in MA, so every month gets me 7.5 days of "good time"- which is time off of the sentence if you behave like a good boy), which would mean no bracelet, but i still can't leave the state or do anything illegal.

Seriously tho, KR folks...if you've got something to say, say it here. I don't bite. Do you really think it makes you look big and cool to talk shit about someone in a forum they can't post in when they've already invited you to a dialogue?

And i have been in touch with several of the people on my commissions list tonight, and will deal with the rest as fast as i am able. Hasn't been one person that i've spoken to that had a problem at the end of our convo.

yep....the ten people that responded to robbieXjeff's post total 820$ (ask him) and most of those commissions are done and being shipped as soon as my friend can get to the post.

The issue with moss is old, and will seemingly never be fixed. All i can say is, go back and look at old posts about it. His numbers change dramatically. All of that is inconsequential though, and it was from a serious disagreement between us that happened about a year ago. I even had to have guru lock a thread about it because moss basically indicted himself on the thread.

All i can say is, If i'm a scammer, then why am i here talking to people and fixing this? I'm sure that's what scammers do, right?

And hov, don't selectively post parts of emails. I definitely said not to talk about it on KR.
