Love how this is turning out. The feet do feel a little small but it doesn't look bad to me. Can't wait to see it all finished up.

He is looking great man! Nicely done with the details and everything. The feet look like they are a pretty good size from heel to toe, but it looks like they could be wider. Whats your plan for the final color on this guy?

Thanks every one for the input so far. I made the feet wider this week and smoothed out the surf board a bit more. Now if I cold just get back to the arms. I thought that if I had almost everything else finished these would just fall into place.

Maybe I was too excited about articulating arms. The joints just seem clunky still. I will have to put them all together and start messing with them this weekend.

Nice work! Glad to see the pinky toe done right. You see so many Roth-inspired pieces missing that particular detail.

I paused the FACEPLANT surf monster to work on these for a bit. I got my silicone and resin in so I did a few shrunken heads. These are the first my "artist series" they will all have a glass display dome and hand strung hemp stitches. The first set is green. The other will be orange, blue, red, and purple. Hopefully I will be able to finish these this week so I can get some other stuff going. I also just filled my pressure pot with sculpts drowned silicone to cure overnight.

Here is a status update or FACEPLANT. It is almost finished! I worked on the arms last night and just need to do some fine sanding before I start to mold this guy for production!

I love it! Does the surfboard have holes in it or is that a design?

the surfboard has a bite out of it on the side but the black spots are the primer. I had to sand and sand to get it smooth. the black paint just showed me where the low spots were. I probably could sand it a bit more if I wanted it to be super smooth.
